SUBMISSION POLICY

As a general practice, SkySoft Entertainment does not accept or consider any material, ideas or suggestions other than those we specifically request. Any unsolicited submissions (e.g., screenplays, musical scores, soundtracks, recordings, samples, outlines, treatments, videos, etc.) will be discarded and will not be read or reviewed by, nor forwarded to, any SkySoft Entertainment staff. The purpose of this policy is to avoid any potential misunderstandings if anything that appears on SkySoft's official website (skysofentertainment.com and/or streamskysoft.com) or any sister website or other property or platform controlled by or associated with SkySoft Entertainment, its affiliated entities, seems the same or similar to your original work, as many works and submissions are based on the same or similar ideas.

Please note, if you choose to disregard this policy and submit materials regardless, you acknowledge that: (i) you have read SkySoft Entertainment's submission policy; and (ii) you shall not be entitled to any compensation, credit or notice whatsoever and that by sending an unsolicited submission you waive the right to make any claim against SkySoft Entertainment, its affiliated entities, relating to unsolicited submissions, including, without limitation, unfair competition, breach of implied contract or breach of confidentiality. Furthermore, if your submission is of an original show concept (e.g., a script, treatment or sizzle reel), your disclosure, submission or offer shall constitute an assignment to SkySoft Entertainment, its affiliated entities, of all worldwide right, title and interest in all copyrights and other intellectual property rights in all such materials, and as such, any and all materials that you submit shall be deemed the exclusive property of SkySoft Entertainment, its affiliated entities, and SkySoft Entertainment, its affiliated entities shall be entitled to use any such materials for any purpose, including, but not limited to, reproduction, disclosure, editing, transmission, publication, broadcast and posting, in any media, throughout the world.
