Due to his luxurious lifestyle, he was often described as entitled, cocky and a bit bratty, however, he was also very loyal and believed whole heartedly in his faith in Vahktodo. Before the Dark Times, he was one of the few of Jaul of Auxdra's friends who knew about Eve and eventually, Fox. With Orasmin's help, Jaul and Eve were able to travel to Kova to seek refuge with Fox. They were ultimately turned down.

After Fox was sent away, marking the beginning of the Dark Ages, Orasmin was secretly in communication with Jaul about his plans for a rebellion. When Fox returned, Jaul spent many years in search of her and eventually found her due to Rath's unfair duel on Mt. Rizandor. After being separated from Daisy Peterson, Fox left with her father who, under too much pressure, left her in the care of Orasmin to help guide her in ways he couldn't.

Although Orasmin wanted children of his own, he didn't want to have them during Rath's reign and vowed to wait until Fox was able to deliver them to a new and promising era. This made Orasmin willing to fill in the shoes of Jaul to prep her faith in becoming The Chosen One but sometimes, he was a bit too pushy.

Just before the Great Battle, Orasmin was able to send a message to his father about the Rebellion, and was able to provide the Xoatian Army to fight beside Fox and The Brotherhood. This would be his final deed for he died during Anu's ambush that also claimed the lives of Davi of Hacradia and Baby Kova.
